Our story began in 2016 with Vedac Energy Resources, serving Nigeria's energy sector. But growth has always meant looking for where we could make a deeper impact — and in 2024, that search led us to agriculture, with the birth of Vedac Agro Processing and Allied Limited. By 2026, we had built our own rice milling plant, launched two trusted brands — Champion Chef Rice and Fanzi Gold Rice — and grown our workforce to match our ambition. Every step has been deliberate, not accidental.

Our Milling Process
From raw harvest to pristine grains, our state-of-the-art milling facility combines advanced technology with rigorous quality control. Paddy Collection
Freshly harvested paddy rice arrives at our facility, sourced directly from trusted farmers to guarantee freshness from the very first step.
Quality Inspection
Every batch is inspected for moisture content, purity, and quality before it's approved to move forward into processing.
Pre-Cleaning
Stones, chaff, and impurities are carefully removed, leaving only clean, quality paddy ready for the next stage.
Parboiling
Paddy is steamed and partially boiled, locking in nutrients and giving the rice its firm, non-sticky texture.
Milling
The parboiled paddy is milled to remove the husk, revealing the golden, premium grains our brands are known for.
Packaging
Each bag is carefully packaged and sealed, ready to be delivered fresh to homes and businesses nationwide.
